1. Asus BIOS password reset:
This method only works when you know your Asus computer BIOS password.
Step 1: Get into BIOS setting screen with the password, select Security Option,
click “SUPERVISER PASSWORD” or “USER PASSWORD”, press Enter.
Step 2: When the “Enter Password” hint appears, type in a new password on the text box, and then press Enter.
Step 3: When the BIOS password is changed successfully, press any key to continue.
2. Asus BIOS password removal:
If you still remember your Asus BIOS password, you can remove it easily and simply.
Step 1: Get into BIOS setting screen with the password, select Security Option, click “SUPERVISER PASSWORD” or “USER PASSWORD”, press Enter.
Step 2: When the message “Enter Password” appears, don’t type in the password, press Enter directory.
Step 3: When you get the message “PASSWORD DISABLE”, press any key to continue, and then your ASUS password has been removed successfully.
3. Asus BIOS password clear:
When you forgot the BIOS password, and can’t get into the BIOS settings or windows system, you have to crack it.
(1) Crack Asus BIOS password with command prompt
This method works when you can’t get into BIOS settings, but still can get into windows system.
Step 1: Get into ASUS computer DOS screen, type in the command after “C:WINDOWS>;”:
– 0 70 10
– 0 71 ff
Step 2: And then use the exit command to get out of the DOS screen.
Tips: Some of the BIOS versions are different, and the command above may not work for you, you can try with the program below:
– 0 71 20
– 0 70 21
Use the exit command to get out of DOS screen, restart computer and press the Del key to get into the BIOS screen, and then you will find that you no more need to type in the password to get into BIOS.
